Personal data deletion request

Under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD), you may request the deletion of your personal data processed by QP AIR COURIER.

How to request

Send an e-mail to qpair@qpair.com.br with the subject "Data deletion" and provide:

• full name;
• e-mail and phone number used when contacting the company;
• company, where applicable;
• shipment number (AWB), if the request relates to a specific shipment;
• description of the request.

Response time

Requests are answered within 15 (fifteen) calendar days from receipt of the request and confirmation of the requester's identity.

Legal limits to deletion

Some data cannot be deleted immediately when its retention is required by law or necessary for the regular exercise of rights, in particular:

• documents supporting customs declarations and import and export records, whose retention is mandatory under Article 70 of Law No. 10,833/2003;
• tax and accounting documents, for the periods provided for in tax legislation;
• delivery records and transport receipts, while necessary for defense in any proceedings.

In such cases, data is kept with restricted access, exclusively to comply with the legal obligation, and deleted at the end of the applicable period.

Confirmation

After deletion, we will send confirmation to the e-mail address provided in the request.
