Article 2, XII — Holding Period

The period during which the released international shipment, with tax credits, must be kept available to the consignee for the measures, at their expense, that allow delivery of the shipment: 20 (twenty) days from the release of the shipment.

Article 50, Paragraph 2

Requirements must be met within 30 (thirty) days from the date of their registration in Siscomex Remessa.

After the expiry of the holding period or the deadline for meeting a tax requirement, without a response from the interested party, the shipment must be returned to the country of origin.
